WILMINGTON, Del. & WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Demonstrating their ongoing commitment to small businesses, Chase and LivingSocial today launched “Mission: Small BusinessSM,” a new grant program offering up to $3 million to small business owners nationwide. Chase and LivingSocial also obtained the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to help announce the program and drive small business engagement and participation.

Picturesque Publishing to form magazine revival planning team

Philadelphia, PA – Picturesque Publishing Services, a division of Martin Picturesque Enterprises, LLC (MPE), met Wednesday evening with two students interested in reviving the company’s dormant NF Magazine, the online publication once known as a “one-stop news and entertainment resource for North Philadelphia’s young people making the news.” This meeting trails – by several months – earlier announcements about MPE snatching up domain names reminiscent of the publication’s first online presence in 2004 and could signal a long-awaited and much anticipated return of the defunct e-Zine. Young Dream Stars leadership team to enter planning meeting at Picturesque offices

YDS Director Lisa Morales and Operations Coordinator Vicmarie Serrano are taking their first major leap toward team organization, program development, and strategic planning since first connecting with MPE in May of this year. MPE envisions their Thursday meeting as the first in a series of strategic planning sessions to launch YDS fully into new and creative directions for 2012.
